The Mind Guide is a 5 part podcast series by Will Dell for The Cat Radio, focusing on Mental Health and Wellbeing.

EPISODE ONE- LIFESTYLE MEDICINE

To start of the series, Will talks about the small things we can do on a day to day basis to improve our mental wellbeing. He talks to mental health nurse Mark Edwards and chief executive of the Mental Health Football Association Colin Dolan.

EPISODE TWO- SUBSTANCE

EPISODE THREE- MINDFULNESS

What is it? Why and how should we be practising it? This episode discusses all things mindfulness and meditation. Will is joined by Russell Treasure, a seasoned mindfulness teacher, as well as some of the University of Chesters own mental health nursing students.

EPISODE FOUR- CHASING THE STIGMA

In the penultimate episode of the series Will speaks to former England rugby star Danny Sculthorpe and founder & CEO of the mental health charity Chasing the Stigma Jake Mills about how we can approach having conversations about our mental wellbeing with ourselves and with others.

EPISODE FIVE- TAKE A WALK

To end the series, Will talks about how something as simple as taking a walk can have a positive impact on our mental wellbeing and reflects on what he’s learnt this week.
