Department of Media students were given the inside track on how to get ahead in their chosen careers at the Ask event on Warrington Campus.
BA Media programme leader and senior lecturer Ian Rasmussen introduced industry guests Shirley Jones (Journalist), Ali McBride (TV Executive Producer), and Bill Carr (Digital Media Entrepreneur) who provided valuable advice about the best approaches to work experience and gaining employment in the media.
Students were able to learn about the creative industries and pose questions before chatting with Ali and Shirley after the session.
