Amsterdam study trip 2020

A group of 20 students and staff travelled to Amsterdam this week to experience some of the cultural delights of one of Europe’s most vibrant cities. As well as visiting the world-famous Van Gogh Museum, Anne Frank House and sampling the delights of the Heineken Experience, some of the group also had time to catch Mae Muller and Sleater-Kinney performing gigs in the city and a dance performance at the Frascati Theatre. The group, from a range of programmes within the Department of Music, Media and Performance (MMP) based across four campuses and sites – Parkgate, Kingsway, Warrington and Shrewsbury, set off on Monday, February 17 and arrived back late on Thursday, February 20.
