The concept of perfection is objective.
Each individual’s definition of perfection is based on personal opinions and beliefs.
Challenging this, is social media. Social media has created a new idealism of perfection by accommodating unrealistic notions of beauty, body image and success.
This series explores the mechanisms influencing people’s perception of perfection by portraying mental representations and altered visions experienced as a result of unreasonable expectations.
The reality beneath the illusion of perfection is revealed when the mirror of truth is held up to it.
